"Tried one of those annoying insurance finder sites and immediately regretted it until I got a call from Steve Muller, which I didn't answer, and then a text message with a PDF of my quote. Since he provided a quote I went to the State Farm website and verified who he was and the phone number matched so I knew it want a scammer. I texted him back with a few questions then verified my old coverage with GEICO, which I have had for maybe 25 years, and it was the same or better on everything but for literally half of what I was paying with GEICO. Called GEICO to see if they would lower my rate and they individually dropped it $60 but that still wasn't even close to my state farm new rate. The second day I texted him back and said let's do this and I switched while on the phone. Got on the app and signed the two documents. It was that easy. My mother is now looking into getting a quote today.

"I originally bought this policy last year with Steve peronally. I insured my truck and a Ford Taurus with pip insurance. A few months later my car had mechanical issues and was parked. At that time I insured my girlfriend's car, a Toyota with full coverage insurance and removed my Ford. I was given a new insurance card for the Toyota and my bill increased by $100. This was last October. Last week in March, I called to have the Toyota removed and reinsure the Ford as it was fixed now. At that time Rosie (who was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with) explained to me that there was some kind of mix-up and my Toyota had not been insured for the last 4 months. My truck and my Ford were the ones active on the policy. At that time. We checked my girlfriend's license because her car had been uninsured for 4 months unknowingly and found out that her license had been suspended for the last 3 months. When I called the office to speak to Rosie again. I was put through to the manager and she was extremely rude and somewhat argumentative. At that point I asked her to have Steve call me back and I am still waiting a week later for him to call me back. I have called the office several times and they do not return my calls. Today I got my State farm bill of over $500 which is $250 increase. The two active vehicles on the policy are now my truck and the Toyota which is exactly the opposite AGAIN of what is supposed to be insured. The level of incompetence and non-communication at this office is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, I had progressive for years and never had these kind of issues. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. Hopefully to rectify this as it is an impossible to get a phone call back from my insurance agent."
